Notice of late publication of 2023-24 Statement of Accounts

In accordance with Accounts and Audit Regulations.

On the 19 September 2025, EMCCA reported with its draft statement of accounts for 2023-24, to the Audit and Governance Committee, that it had been late in publishing its statement of accounts for the 2023-24 financial year. (Public Pack)Agenda Document for Audit & Governance Committee, 19/09/2025 11:00

This had occurred because a planned production of an extended statement of accounts for the period 28 February 2024 to 31 March 2025 had no statutory underpinning to support it. This only came to light in April 2025 and resulted in the production of 2 statement of accounts for the period.

The final statement was published 27 February 2026.
