Nottinghamshire: 2026 to 2029 Development Opportunities

Nottinghamshire County Council is unveiling its ambitious 2026–2029 Land Development Programme, designed to unlock transformational regeneration opportunities across the county. This session will showcase a portfolio of 25 strategic sites aligned with the growth zones identified by the East Midlands Combined County Authority, including the Trent Energy Supercluster and the Trent Arc.

Chesterfield's £2 Billion Regeneration Story
